Presentation and provision of the PAPS STUDIO services: social media management, video editing, websites and landing pages, advertising, and the PAPS STUDIO platform, where clients connect their social media accounts, plan and approve posts on a calendar and answer comments, mentions and direct messages, together with commercial information, prices, news and blog content. Prices shown in English are in United States dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
Contracts are concluded in English under the Terms of Service published on this website and the individual order agreed with each client. The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion instructions are available on this website at all times, can be saved and printed, and are the versions that apply on the date of each order.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the contents of this website and of the platform (texts, images, video, audio, logos, code, design and templates) are the property of the operator or used under licence, and may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or used to train machine learning systems without written authorisation. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints may be sent to support@paps-studio.com and are acknowledged within one working day and answered within thirty days. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may refer an unresolved dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body recognised in their country. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board and, unless the law requires it, we decide case by case whether to do so.

These notices are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer and data protection rules of your country of residence.
