Data Deletion

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This page explains how to have PAPS STUDIO (Opperator AI FZCO, trading as PAPS STUDIO) delete the data it holds about you or about your Connected Accounts, as required by the developer programs of Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads and WhatsApp), TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google (YouTube and Google Business Profile) and by the privacy laws that apply to you. Every request is free, is acknowledged within one working day and is completed within thirty days. This document is published in English on every language version of this website. Where a translation is offered it is for convenience only and the English text prevails.

1. Disconnect and revoke access first

Disconnecting an account stops all further access immediately. You can do it from the connected accounts settings of the Platform, by asking the business that manages the account for you, or from the settings of each provider:

  • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools (Business integrations) and, for a Page, Page settings, Business integrations.
  • Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/ (Apps and websites).
  • Threads: Threads app, Settings, Account, Website permissions, or Meta Accounts Center, Apps and websites.
  • WhatsApp Business: WhatsApp Business Manager, Settings, Partners or Business apps, remove PAPS STUDIO.
  • TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/setting, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions.
  • X: https://x.com/settings/connected_apps.
  • LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/permitted-services (Permitted services).
  • Pinterest: Settings, Security, Connected apps.
  • Google, YouTube and Google Business Profile: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions (Third-party apps with account access).

2. Ask us to delete the data we already hold

Send an email to support@paps-studio.com with the subject line Data deletion request. Tell us which of the following you want deleted: your PAPS STUDIO account; the data of a Connected Account (say which provider and which page, profile, channel or business); your data as a customer, lead or contact of a business that uses PAPS STUDIO (say which business); footage or files you sent us; or everything we hold about you.

Write from the email address linked to your account or Connected Account, or, if you are a member of the public who interacted with one of our clients, from the address or phone number you used, so that we can verify the request without asking for more data than necessary. If we cannot verify it we will ask you for one additional piece of information and nothing more.

3. What happens next

Within one working day we confirm receipt and tell you the deletion case number. Within thirty days we delete the data from our live systems, revoke and delete any remaining authorisation tokens, instruct our sub-processors to delete their copies, and send you a written confirmation with the date of deletion. Encrypted backups are purged within ninety days of that date. Where we act as processor for a business, we inform the business and act on its instructions, unless the law gives you a direct right, in which case we act on your request.

We keep only what the law obliges us to keep (for example invoices, for ten years) and a minimal record of your deletion request itself, so that we can prove we honoured it.

4. Deletion triggered by the providers

When a provider notifies us that you have removed PAPS STUDIO from your account or deleted your account with the provider, or when a post, comment or message is deleted on the provider, we delete the corresponding data within twenty-four hours of receiving the notice, without you having to ask. This includes the Meta data deletion callback, the X compliance events and the equivalent mechanisms of the other providers.

5. Questions

Write to support@paps-studio.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request you may complain to the data protection authority of your country, as listed in section 14 of our Privacy Policy.
