1. Who we are

PAPS Studio is the social media management, video editing (clipping) and website production service of Opperator AI FZCO, trading as PAPS AI and PAPS Studio, registered at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at support@paps.ai.

2. The services

PAPS Studio provides: social media management (strategy, content creation, native publishing and community answering on up to nine networks: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit and Google), clipping (editing long form footage into finished short form and long form deliverables, including timelines, motion graphics, captions, thumbnails and per network formats), and the design, development and deployment of websites.

Service scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in the order, proposal or subscription plan agreed with each client in writing.

3. Client accounts and platform authorisations

Where our services require access to a client's social media accounts, that access is granted by the client and used exclusively through the official tools and APIs of each platform (Meta Platforms, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X Corp, LinkedIn and Reddit) and in accordance with each platform's terms of service and developer policies.

The client warrants that they own or lawfully control the accounts they connect, and may revoke our access at any time from the platform's own security settings. We never ask for, store or use passwords of client social media accounts outside the platforms' official authorisation flows.

4. Content and intellectual property

Clients keep full ownership of the raw materials they provide (footage, brand assets, copy). Upon full payment, finished deliverables produced for a client are assigned to that client, except for third party elements (fonts, stock, music) which remain under their own licences, and our pre existing tools, templates and know how, which remain ours.

The PAPS Studio and PAPS AI names, logos and this website's design and content are our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use this website or our services to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful or harmful content; to violate any platform's terms; to send spam; or to interfere with the operation or security of the website. We may refuse, suspend or terminate service for material breach of these Terms or of platform policies.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles and payment methods are stated in the applicable order or plan. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled for the following cycle in writing. Taxes are added where applicable.

7. Performance disclaimer

Social platforms change their products, ranking systems and policies at any time. We apply professional care and current best practice, but we do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, follower growth, ranking or revenue outcomes.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services in any twelve month period is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or platform decisions (including account restrictions) outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within fourteen days of written notice. Upon termination, completed work is invoiced pro rata, platform authorisations are revoked, and each party returns or deletes the other's confidential materials on request.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the International Free Zone Authority, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
