- What is PAPS STUDIO?
- PAPS STUDIO is a software company. We make two products: a Social Media Platform and a CRM. Together they help a business do its marketing, its sales and its customer service with AI, with people supervising every step.
- Is PAPS STUDIO an agency?
- No. We do not run campaigns for you. We make the software your team uses to run them. If you want help setting it up, our onboarding team shows you how on the first weeks.
- What does the Social Media Platform do?
- It helps you research your market, find content ideas, score scripts and videos, make thumbnails, create and edit videos, approve every post, plan a calendar and publish on nine networks. Then it brings every comment, mention and message to one inbox.
- What does the CRM do?
- It keeps every lead, deal and task in one place, and runs email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and AI telephone campaigns. All the data from your content and your campaigns lands there, so you can see dashboards, insights and what to do next.
- Which social networks can I connect?
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business. You connect each account with its own official login. We never ask for your password.
- How does the platform use my Google and YouTube accounts?
- Only for what you ask it to do: publish the videos and posts you approve, read the comments so you can answer them, and show you your own statistics. We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use rules. You can disconnect at any time from Google or from the platform.
- Does the AI publish on its own?
- No. The AI drafts, scores and suggests. A person approves before anything is published, sent or called. You can set who in your team approves what.
- Who owns the content and the data?
- You do. Your accounts, your content, your contacts and your data are yours. You can export them and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Where is my data stored?
- On cloud servers in the European Union and the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
- How much does it cost?
- We give you the price on the live demo, after we see how many brands, users and channels you need. There are three plans: Starter, Growth and Enterprise. You can cancel any month.
- How long does it take to start?
- Most teams connect their accounts and approve their first posts on the first day. A full setup with the CRM and the campaign channels takes about two weeks with our onboarding team.
- Do I need a big team?
- No. One person can run the platform for one brand. The AI does the heavy work and that person approves.
- Which languages does it support?
- The platform writes and answers in the languages your audience uses, including English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Portuguese and German.
- Where are your offices?
- Madrid, Dubai and Miami. Support answers by email from the three cities, every working day.
- How do I get support?
- Write to support@paps-studio.com. Growth and Enterprise plans have priority support and a named account manager.
- How do I delete my data?
- Disconnect your accounts from the platform or from each network, then write to support@paps-studio.com. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm it by email. The full steps are on the Data deletion page.
